The German Deli & Jägerstüble
The German Deli & Jägerstüble is located in Largo, Florida close to the city of Clearwater. Family owned and operated, we take great pride in creating an inviting atmosphere for our visitors to enjoy. Everyone who works at the German Deli can speak English and German, so you are welcome to use which ever language you are comfortable with. Our food is either imported directly from Germany or made fresh daily in German tradition.
The German Deli & Jägerstüble Family:
Our roots in Germany are in the beautiful Swabian Alb. This is where Anja learned the butcher trade. In 1999 our family came to the Tampa Bay Area, and took over the German Deli. The Deli started in 1980, and we are proud to say, 36 years later, we have grown our little family business into a Deli, Grocery and Restaurant.
The German Deli & Jägerstüble Products:
We offer home-made sausages, potato salads, meat salads, as well as home-made entrees such as Rouladen, Sauerbraten and much more for our customers.
A large number of our breads and rolls are imported from Germany (deep frozen) and are baked here. We have scrumptious deserts made in Germany and prepared here, such as the Apfelstrudel (Apple Strudel), Poppy Seed Cake, Plum Cake, Black Forest Cherry Cake and more.
In addition to the wonderful homemade deli meats, salads, and imported breads and deserts, we also have a good selection of German products in our grocery section. You will find many brands you love and trust from Germany. We carry Maggi, Knorr, Dr. Oetker and many other familiar brands.
